I. Overton,. AND Alderman Edward J. Buss and Alderman John A. Bolger. SECTION 2: That the Ivtayor of the City of McHenry shall act. as President of the Board. of Local Improvements and the members of said Board of Local Improvements, shall select one of their members to act as Secretary of the Board of Local Improvements. SECTION 3: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict hereto with this Ordinance, are hereby repealed.
