June !i. J. 1935, pass an Appropriation Ordinance, appropriating the

assessed against the City of T:_cHenrv, and
�IEREAS, the laws of the state of Illinois, as amended and re-
vised in the i929 session of the Illinois State Leislature provided
for a tax to ;;ay public benefits,

purposes; said levy to be in addition to the amount levied for gen-
