AN ORDIN6NCE PROVIDII�TG FOR T�E HIF.ING
OF C ITY EIJIPLOYEES BY THE CI TY C OUNC IL
OF TF� C ITY OF NrcHENRY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the �ity Council of the City oP �
I��CHenry;
Section 1. That the City l�arshall, r ire Nlarshal�,
Assistant Fire Marshall, Superintendent of �ater and Sewer,
, Supg��,_nte�.�nt_Q�="'tree�,s; �asl _Ni�nt �fatcnman, be hired by
the �ity Council oP the �ity of N'icHenry , and that their
compensation shall be fixed by the �ity �ouncil of the �ity
of McHenry, at the time said employees are hired.
Sectior, 2. All Ordinances and parts oP Ordinanoes
providing for the appointment of the Fire Mars'r�all, Assistant
Fire I1�arshall, C ity 14iarsha'1, Superintendent of V�Tater and
Sewer, Superintendent of Street and Ni�ht �latchman sha11 be
and are hereby repealed.
Section 3 . gll Ordinances and parts of Ordinar�es in
conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Tris Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect, from and after its passage, approvai and publication,
according to law.
