AN ORDINbNCE FI�ING THE S�ALARY OF
THE CITY COLLD�TOR OF THE CITY
OF Mc FiER�tY
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council oP the City of
MeHenry : -
Seotion 1. That the �ity Colleetor of the City of N'c-
Henry shall be paid two per cent �2�) of all amounts collected
bq he�, as �ull compensation for her services as actin� as
Ci ty Colleetor �or the said �i ty of MeHenry.
Section 2. That in addition to the co�:pensation fixed
in Section 1 of this Ordinance , the City Collector sball also
be z�aid the sum oP Ten (;�10.00) Dollars per month for clerical
services for keeping the records of the �7ater Department of
the 8ity of McHenry; said sum being payable at the first re�ular
Counc i 1 meetin� oP each month, fbr the preceeding month' s work .
, ����� ,_ Section 3. 111 Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
