after paseage, an�l is not in force nntil ten days after being published or posted. Art.vii,Sec.2;113I11.257;116Ill.410;207II1.566.
Tkie Tax Levy Ordinance must not be pa9sed until after the appropriation bill is in full force and the appropriations legally
macle, viz., ten daye after it ie published ur poated.
The Levy Ordinance must be passed before the third Tuesday in September. Art. viii., Sec. 1.
It is not required that the Levy Orclinance shall be publiehed or posted. ll6 Ill.305.
