CITY CL''RK, CITY ATTORNFY, lidARSHALL AND SUFERINT�NLENT OF WATLR
AND S�'JUnR.
SECTION 1. Be it ordained bp the mayor and city council
of the City of McHenry, Illinois, that after the passage and
apzroval of this ordinance, � that, as a tull compensation for the
- discharge of the duties, as the same are or may be defined by
law or by any ordinancP now or herPafter in forc�, the herein
named offic^rs shall be paid as folloaas, to wit:
The mayor shall rec�ive �8.00 dollars f�r each regular or
special meeting actually attended , payable quartPrly.
Each alderman shall receive five (�5 . ) dollars for each
regular or sbecial meeting actually attended payable quarterly.
The city clerk shall rec�ive a salary of Zhree FiundrPd
(�p300. 00) dollars rer annum, payable quartPrly.
The city attorney ahall receive a salary of Tpo Hundred
(�200.00) dollars per annum, payable quarterly.
The city marshall shall receive a salary of 4ne Eiundr�-
Thirty-five (�135.00) dollars per month, payable �onthly.
'�he sup�rintPndent of water and sewer shall receive a salary
of Sixtv (�6d. 00) per month, payable monthly.
� `�-- SECTION �. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed .
SLCTION 3. This ordinance shall be in fu7.1 force and
effect from and after May 1, 1929.
