� He it ordained by the Fresident and Board of
TrustPes of the Village of McHenry, County of �cH�nry and
State of Illinois:
�ection 1. That all that strip of land lying between Bloeks
Ten (10) and ElevPn (11} that �as Iaid out and platted as Third
street as shown on the ori�inal ^lat of the Village of West
McHenry be and the same hereby is accepted and opened as a
public street for the use of the public.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passa�e, apnroval and
publication according to law,
