� TFiE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
He it• ordained by the City Caunci2 of the
�itp of I�cHenry, County of McHenry, and State of IIlinois ,
that :
Section I: It shall be unlaaful for any person or
peraons vrhile operating any vehicle, motor vehicle
or transportation over and along the streets of
the city of McFi-enry, to make what is commonly
known as a "U--turn" at the intersection of Green
and EIm Streets, that it, it sha_ll be unlawf ul
for any ners�on or persons entering unon said
intersecticn to make two left hand turns in such
a manner as to rPturn to the blace of entering
upon said inters�ction; and that neither a "U--turn"
or a comrlete turn shall be lawf ul at said interseetion.
�ectian 2: That the city of fficHenry having established
a traffic °Stop and Go" sign at the intersection of
`, Green and Elm �treets it shall be unlawf uI for any
person or persons operating any vehicle or motor
vehicle or bicycle upon or along the streets of the City
of McHenry to cross or enter upon the said intersPetion
of Green and EIm Streets until the said "Stox� and Go"
traffic nost is showing the sign "Go. " And no such per-
son or r�ersons shall enter upon or cross said intersection
when the s�id traffic bost shows the sign "�top" against
them; and every such person or persons shall keep to the
right of said traffic post in crossing said intersection
or in turning from one street to another at said inter-
section.
�ection 3: That any �erson or persons o��rating any vehicle,
motor vPhicle, bicycle or other vehicle upon or along the
streets of thP city of MeHenry, shall keep to the right
of alI "mushroom" lights installed in the pavement at
the intersection of certain streets in said city, whether
croseing any such intersection or making a turn at any
intersection where such "mushroom" Iight is located.

� Section 4: That the nenalty for violating an9 of the above
provisions of this ordfnanae shall be a fine of not les� �
than Five(�5. 00) Dollars or more than Twenty-five (�25.00J
Dollars.
Section 5: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
