Be it ordained by the city council of the City of M�-
Henry, County of &�cHenry and State of Illinois, that ;
Sectien 1. That it sha�ll be unlawful to bufld , mairt-
ta.in or use any new or substantially reeonstructed cess
pool or out house on property abutting on any line of the
existing system of sanitary serreerage or any extension
thereof capable of being �erned by the same or to continue,
after the first day of November, A.D.1926, the use of any
old or previously constructed cess pool or out house on any
such property.
�ection 2. �'�ny Derson or corporation vfolating any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall bP subject to a fin� or
�
< penalty of not less than Fine� Dollars nor more than One
Hundred �ollars for each offense, and each dap such vivlation
continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
"ection 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and a: ter ten days after its publication accord-
ing to law.
