ESTAB?,ISHING A FEE FOR CONNrCTING TO THE SEWER
� SYSTFM AND REGULATING SA7D CONN�'CTIO�iS.
Be it ordained bq the City Council of the Cit,y of McHenry,
McHenry County, Illinots: _
Section I. That any person or persons befor� connect—
ing with the sys�em of s$nitary sewers of the City of �c
Henry, shall. obtain permiasion to do so by apr�lying to the
City Clerk or the Superintendent of Streets and Se�ers, �iv—
any information in said applie�tion that shall be required
by said offioer receiving the application.
Sectivn 2. That all connection� made with the said
system of sanitary aewers sh�IT be under the aupervisivn of
the Superintendent of Streets and Sewers who shall per�onally
``, or thru some person appointed by him for that purpose inspect
the conneetion ��hen made and shall, after the same meet� with
the specificatian� and requirement� of the said Citq of
McHenry, give his aporoval of the evork when finished.
Seetion 3. All appliaat�.on for so connectin�Z the sanitary
sewer system shall be accompanied by a fee of Three Lollars(�3 . )
papable to the City of b�eHenry at the time of aFplicatian is
made.
SectiQn 4. Any violation of the above sectians of this
ordinance shall sub�ect the viol�tor to a fine of not Iess than
Twentq—five Dollars(�25.��0) nor more than Tvro Hundred DoTlars
(�20Q.00) .
Section 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
