Be it ordained by the city council of R:eHertry, county
of Itfcflpnry and State of Illinois, that:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, per-
sons or corporation to connect with or cause to be connected
�uith the system of sanitary sewers in said City of r�cHenry
any down sponts , �,ipe, drain or tile throu�h a�hich serviee
water, roof water, draina�e water or any other water may
flow and empty into said system of sanitary sewer•s .
Section 2. :�ny t�erson or corporation violating a provi-
sion of this ordinance sha12 be sub�ject to a fine or penalt�r
' � of not less than Ten Do1l.ars nor more than One Hundred Dollars
for ea.ah offense, and every day such violation continues sha71
be deemed to be a separate offense.
�ection 3. That this ordinance shall be in fu11 force and
effect from and after ten days after its passage , approval and
gablication according to laoa.
