Be it ordafnec? by the city couneil of AQcHenry, County
of P�eHenry and State of I7linois , that :
Section l. Each lot , block or tract of land fronting
on any line or extension of the present system of sani-
t�ry sewera of the City of A�cHenry shall make connectivn
from and with said s,ystem of sanitary sewers to the lot
lines of the respective lots fronting on said system of
seatage.
�ection 2. All connections wit?� said system of sewer-
a.ge fronting on the following named streets, to-wit: In
,. - l�ain street from Chicago & I�?orthwestern railroad traeks
y� to Elgin road; in V�laukegan road from Chicago �:. F�orthwest-
ern railroad tracks ta Elgin road ; in Front street from
�+ain street from Mai.n street to 6'Yaukegan road ; 9 n Elgin
road from T�qain street to its connection with Green street;

Ringwood road ; In Riverside Drive from EIm street to the

vrood road from Elm street to the northerly city limits
which shall be in and completed from the said system of
sewerage +o the lot Iines of the resr_ective owners on the

� �' Seetion 3. That any parson, persons or corporation
- being the owner of any of tne lots, blocks or tracts of '
�ax�d situated on the above named atreets v�ho have not
completely connected their respective lots , blocks or
tracts of land a�ith the said system of sewerage on the
said f inal dayte of the First d�y of June, A.L�.1925,
sha.Tl be Iiable to a fine collected by said City of Mc-
Henry in an amount of not less thmn Ten Dollar�. nor more
th�n Taaenty-five Dollars, and that each day after the
sa�id First day of June, A.D. 1925 shall be consfdered a
separate offense.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force
- xnd effec� from and after ten days after its pas�age,
