f) Approve pension retirement application for John Adams
g) Approve the renewal of Fiduciary Liability from Alliant
h) Approve an updated engagement letter for non-actuarial calculations for
Lauterbach & Amen, LLP
i) Semi-Annual Review of Executive Session Minutes and if necessary, motion to
approve, release, and/or maintain the confidentiality of any minutes based on
advice from legal counsel as presented
