Call to Order/Roll Call
Roll Call -Present:Thomas Hillier,Beth Staley,Zalinda Paluch,Carol Buss,Kathryn
Frey -Absent:Marta Martin,Celeste Heidemann,Marion Olsen and Michele Smith
Guests:Jeff Varda and Joel Bennett
Public Comments -None
Approve Previous Meeting Minutes -1.CB.2.BS
Mission Statement -Tabled until later in the year.
Farm -Discussed Mar meeting’s visitors.
Finance Report -$5500 budgeted with $2400 left over until the end of fiscal year starting May.
Media
•Video update -JV and JB discussed plans to make at least 2 more videos,one on the Fox
River and the other on gambling.Each would be about 20 minutes long.Also,short videos of
landmarked buildings could be made and posted on Facebook.

Committees Reports -List of committees handed out to commission members.Next meeting
the commission which committees they might be interested in.

•Calendar of events for 2024
New Business
•School Field Trip -May 2 is the tour date.No cemetery this year.Will cover the farm with
additional tours around the prominent business districts.
•Display Case -Has been digitized,old setups to be .
•Trivia Contest -Nothing to report.
