1.That the proposed improvement shall cansist of roadway improvements
and shall be constructed wide
and be designated as Section 01-00064-01-FP. � ,
2.That there is hereby appropriated the sutn of One Million Four Hundred Twenty-One Thousand,Four Hundred Eleven
Dollars and Foriy-Eight Cents ($1,421,411.48)for the improvement of said saction from the municipality's allotrnent of '
Motor Fuel Tax Funds. �
3.That work stiall be done by December 31,2002 by Contract;and, .
