SECTIQN 3: The Clerk of aforesaid City is hereby directed to file with the Clerk of McHenry County a duly�certified copy of this ordinance. SECTION 4: The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form (which publication is hereby authorized), as provided by law.
