If we went to (1) hinaed and the other slidinq, a problem could arise in the winter and '
safety could be an issue.
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: No decision was made at this time.

-SECOND MATTER DISCUSSED: We will require a $10.00 fee, plus $100.00 deposit for a Zoning l�
Hearing Posting Sign. Within 7 days after the hearing the deposit will be 100� refundable, �
only if the sign is in 100% good condition as determined by Andy or a delegated person. ��
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: If the sign is returned late the deposit would be forfeited.
