PURPOSE OF MEETING: Discuss Zoning Ordinance regarding bedrooms and exit door clearances.
-FIRST MATTER DISCUSSED: Zoning Ordinance regarding bedrooms.
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: Add the following to the attached "Add closet to a room for the
definition of a bedroom and have floor plan review for unique situations."
-SECOND MATTER D15CUSSED: Building Code - 2 residential exits of which one must be 3' ;,

wide and side hinged.
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: If the 2nd exit is 6 foot sliding door, it must have a minimum

clearance of 30 inches. .
