MEMBERS PRFSENT: Aldermen Patterson, McClatchey and Nolan.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Alderman Lieder.
OTHERS PRESENT: Mayor Busse and Parks & Recreation Director Merkel .
PURPOSE OF MEETING: Discuss Park and Recreation Related Items.
-FIRST MATTER DISCUSSED: Establish Boat Launch Fee Schedule
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: Set daily boat launch fee at $8.00 per day.
Fee structure and justification to be sent with grant application.
-SECOND MATTER DISCUSSED: Naming of Decker Property Site
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: Recommended to name site South Riverfront
Park.
-THIRD MATTER DISCUSSED: Lighting of Additional Tennis Courts
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: Continue discussions with the High School
District on lighting GJest Campus Courts. �

AttE�ndant On Duty - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Memorial Day thru Labor
Day, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays .
Attendant Not On Duty - Monday thru Friday
Revenue
Assuming 75q of available 40 stalls used on holidays and weekends.
Daily rate of $8.00/launch
30 launches/day @ $8.00/day = �240.00
32 estimated days of operation x $240.00 = $7,680.00
