#1 Discussion on going to "open bar" instead of "cash bar"
during cocktail hour from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
#2 Discuss possible effects of Kinnerk party on same night.
#3 Discuss buying a drink (coke) for high school singers after
their performance.
#4 Program approval and final mailing of letter and program to
all empioyee's homes.
#5 Discuss calling all employees who did not R.S.V.P. before
our December 4th meeting.
#6 Discuss possibility of having to move a few tables from
dance floor if we are crowded.
#7 Discuss committee members being called on for help, if
needed, in any area for the party.
#8 General discussion.
