EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION COMMITTEE MEETING
Tuesday, December 4 7:30 P.M. City Hall
AGENDA
1 ) Bring committee members up to date on the number of
people expected to be at the employee party.
2) Break down of costs.
3) Discussion on door prizes.
4) Everything seems to be falling nicely into place.
However, if help is needed in any area, I will call some
of you or all of you for assistance.
5) Method of thanking those who have helped underwrite the
cost of this party.
6) I would ask all committee members to sort of consider
themselves hosts and hostesses for this party, i .e. move
about and attempt to make everyone feel at home.
7) General discussion.
