-FIRST MATTER DISCUSSED: Officer Mike Oliver reimbursement of Holiday Vacation days. � .
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: The Committee does not believe that the Citv neolected it's
responsibility to inform Officer Oliver of his options regarding the use of vacation and or
leave of absence. Chief Joyce would inform Off. Oliver that no action would be taken at this timE
-SECOND PIATTER DISCUSSED: Career Ladder report by Chief Jo.Yce - Discussion on funding.
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: It was the consensus to have Police Department proceed with
worthwhile project.
