PURPOSE OF MEETING: Policy and procedure for use of city public property by profit making
organization -
-FIRST MATTER DISCUSSED: Having someone from Parks Department assigned a pager fon emergency
calls: Also look into recorded message machine for when Park Office is closed.
DECISION OR RECOM��1ENDATION: Recommended that a pager by purchased/rented for the Park
Department during the months of June, July and August.
-SECOND P1ATTER DISCUSSED: Lakeland Park Community Center Agreement with 5 local organizations
which expires October 17, 1987.
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: Recommended not to renew agreement. Organizations will be
charged the rates adopted and approved by .the city council .
-THIRD MATTER DISCUSSED: Look into putting an air condition unit in the Lakeland Park
Community Center.
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: Recommended to get prices for this wall type of air condition unit.

ventures is strictly prohibited except by special permission for not-for-profit organizations
