�- HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION MEETING
TUESDAY, April 23, 2002
Meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. The following members were present Linda
Wolff, Melissa Schultz, Rafal Dobek, Rev. Julie Babenko, Gwen Doolan, and Patricia
Buhrman. Guest: Mayor Pam Althoff

Old Business
Minutes of the November 27 meeting were approved unanimously. A discussion of the
future of the Human Relations Commission was entertained. Several members of the
commission wanted some direction from the city administration. Mayor Althoff
suggested that we organize a service fair. Reaching out to newcomers to explain rules
and regulations, and to inform them of the many beneficial services provided by our
city. It was agreed that at our next meeting we would try to come up with some
concrete proposats to present to the council and citydepartments.
� We also discussed the need for new members. We are all going to try to invite people
to join us. We will need a new student member from East Campus.
Adiournment
Schultz made motion to adjourn at 8:02 P.M. seconded by Wolff. Motion carries
unanimously.
