CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF MCHENRY, ILLINOIS
A hearing on the above-capdoned petidon was held on May 13, 1996. Chairman Semrow called the
hearing to order at 7:31 p.m. The following persons were in attendance:
1. Zoning Board Members: Harry Semrow. Absent: Tom Burr, Randy Christensen, Chuck
Lovett, Frank McClatchey, Harry Semrow, John Swierk, Donna Tobeck.
2. Attorney for Zoning Board: Absent.
3. Recording Secretary: Kathleen M. Kunzer.
4. Director of Building & Zoning: Absent.
5. Petitioner: Absent.
6. Attorney for the Petitioner: None.
7. City Council Members: None.

RF ESSED HEARING
Chairman Semrow said that he had been advised by Director of Building & Zoning Lobaito at 11:30
a.m. this date that the Petitioners had not posted the subject property as required by ordinance. This
hearing is hereby recessed until June 3, 1996. At that time, all concerned citizens will have an
opportunity to be notified by posting on the subject property of this matter before the Board. This
hearing was recessed at 7:32 p.m. This matter will be heard on
Monday, June 3, 1996, 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
