A hearing on the above-captioned petition was held on March 6, 2000. City Clerk
Althoff called the hearing to order at 7:30 p.m. The following persons were in
attendance:
1. Zaning Board Members: None. Absent: George Cadotte, Steve Doherty, Paula
Ekstrom, Darick Franzen, John Howell, Jon Meyer, Harry Semrow.
2. Attorney for Zoning Board: Absent.
3. Recording Secretary: Pamela J. Althoff.

NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
Notice of this hearing was published in the Northwest Herald on �ebruary 19, 2000.
Publisher's Certificate of Publication is on file with regard to this matter in the City
Clerk's Office. Notices were mailed to abutting property owners. An affidavit of service
via certified mailing is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
LOCATION
The location of the subject property is adjacent and east of Illinois Route 3I, north of
Gracy Road, and south of Prime Parkway in the southeast corner o# Section 10,
L, Township 44 North, Range 8 East, in Nunda township in McHenry County. It is
comprised of approximately 89 acres.

The Peti�ioner is requesting the following upon annexation to the City of McHenry:
■ a zoring map amendment from A-1 in McHenry County to BP Business Park (35.74
acre:�;
■ a zor�ing map amendment to BP with C5 uses (3.16 acres);
■ a map amendment to RA1 (40.78 acres).
RECESS
City Cler� Althoff stated, "due to a lack of quorum, this Public Hearing reference the
Deer Park Development is recessed until Monday, May 1, 2000, at 7:30 p.m. in the
McHenry Municipal Center Council Chambers."
