Associates, Inc . representatives; Mike Hoffman and Gerald
Lindgren; Trkla, Pettigrew, Allen & Payne, Inc . representatives;
Phil Hanegraaf, Mike Hurtabise, and Thomas Payne.
In Chairman McClatchey' s absence City Administrator Lobaito
called the meeting to order at 5 : 10 p.m.
City Administrator Lobaito stated the purpose of the committee
meeting was to conduct interviews with selected land planning
consultants . One firm will then be recommended to full council
to assist the City of McHenry update the current Comprehensive
Plan.
Motion by Murgatroyd, seconded by Bolger, to go into Executive
Session to conduct personal interviews with representatives of
Teska Associates, Inc . of Evanston, Illinois and Trkla,
Pettigrew, Allen & Payne, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois at 5 : 10 p.m.

Motion by Bolger, seconded by Murgatroyd to go back into Open
Session at 7 : 02 p.m.

Motion carried.
Some disctzssion followed regarding the two planning firms . A
follow up meeting was scheduled for December 3rd at 6 :45p.m. to
make a firial selection for council consideration.
The meeting was adjourned at 7 : 05 p.m.
