Absent: None. Also in attendance: Director of Community Development Napolitano, Assistant to City Administrator Martin, Deputy Clerk Kunzer. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Alderman Wimmer at 7:00 p.m. Update to Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map Director of Community Development Napolitano stated amendments have been made to the City's Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map reflecting actual designations which have been approved for developed property including: Development _ Former Designation Chan e� d to Kresswood Trails High Density Residential Medium Density Residential Liberty Trails Medium Density Residential Low Density Residential Meijer/Home Depot/Kohls Business Park Commercial Morgan Hills Business Park Medium Density Residential Prairie Point Medium Density Residential Business Park Centex Homes Business Park Medium Density Residential Patriot Estates Business Park Medium Density Residential Director Napolitano stated designations have also been changed for the following undeveloped properties, as a result of the committee's discussion at its February 15, 2005 meeting: Pro e Former Designation Chan eg; d to 1. Adams Farm Low Density Residential Reduced Commercial area `- Commercial 2. Amli Property Low Density Residential Business Park and Commercial Commercial removed. Low Business Park Density reduced; add estate 3. Bull Valley Rd (RR to CL Rd) High Density Residential Medium Density Residential Commercial Industrial 4. Chapel Hill Rd (120 to Lincoln) Med Density Residential Commercial at intersections Commercial w/remainder Low Density Residential 5. Fritsch Farm Med Density Residential Low Density Residential 6. Pacini Commerce Center Business Park Repl High Density Res'dtl Commercial wBusiness Park High Density Residential 7. Stade Property Med Density Residential Area So of bypass changed to Low Density Residential 8. Roberts Property Commercial Integrated Design District Low Density Residential 9. Finklestein Property Low Density Residential Integrated Design District. Some discussion occurred regarding the Pacini Commerce Center and how much of it should be designated commercial as opposed to business park. It was noted there are benefits to having the � commercial designation as there would be both real estate taxes and income t�es generated. Business park designation produces only real estate t�es. Further discussion continued. It was the consensus of the committee to extend the commercial portion of the properiy straight south across the proposed bypass.
