Aldermen's Conference Room at 7:00 p.m.
�-- In Attendanre: Committee Members Chairman Alderman Wimmer, Alderman Condon,
Alderman Glab. Absent: None. Also in attendance: Director of Community Development
Napolitano, Assistant to City Administrator Martin, Deputy Clerk Kunzer. The meeting was
called to order by Chairman Alderman Wimmer at 7:00 p.m.
Update to Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map
Director of Community Development Napolitano stated amendments have been made to the
City's Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map reflecting actual designations which have been
approved for developed property including:

Director Napolitano stated designations have also been changed for the following undeveloped
properties, as a result of the committee's discussion at its February 15, 2005 meeting:

Some discussion occurred regarding the Pacini Commerce Center and how much of it should be
designated commercial as opposed to business park. It was noted there are benefits to having the
� commercial designation as there would be both real estate taxes and income t�es generated.
Business park designation produces only real estate t�es. Further discussion continued. It was
the consensus of the committee to extend the commercial portion of the properiy straight south
across the proposed bypass.
