Enclosed is some information that we have compiled at the request of the Committee from
our last meeting. Please take some time to review these documents. If there is addit�onal
information or a change in the format that you would like to see made, contact me at my
office.

includes salaries, supplies, rentals, contractual payments and any maintenance costs.
3. Preschool and Dav Care Comparison� - Hours of operation and fees for area
prescl�ool facilities.
4. Health/Fitness Center Faciti+ipc - Basic information on fitness providers in our
area. Full program brochures on file.

Facility currently under construction.
6. Hall Rental Information - Local rental hall rates and capacity.
We are still working on obtaining some information on revenue/expense reports for the
Fitness Center components of these large centers. Some of the Park Districts we have
talked to do not break out these numbers separately in their budgets.

� 1 have some preliminary estimates for staffing needs for this faci(ity, but I would like to get
some better numbers on the fitness center staffing and maintenance costs to be able to
present a betr.er picture to the committee.
Please take some time to review this information. If there is any additional material you
would like to see included in the packet that will go out for the Park Committee meeting,
please contact me on Monday, September 28th or Tuesday, September 29th.
