MEETING REPORT

In Attendance at Roll Call: Committee Members: Chairman Alderman Robert Peterson. Absent:
Alderman Jeffrey Schaefer, and Alderman Santi.
Also in Attenc ance: Mayor Susan Low, City Administrator Derik Morefield, and Deputy City
Administrator H obson, Parks & Recreation Staff Members Matt LaPorte, Nichole Thompson, and Cindy
Witt.
Public in Attendance: Penny Hughes.
1. Call to Ord�r: Chairtnan Alderman Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:45 PM.
2. Public Input: None
3. Motion to approve the November 2 2015 Parks & Recreation Committee Meetin Renort. This
matter was tabled m anticipation of a meeting quorum.
4. Undate and Tour of the McHenry Recreation Center The Committee toured the new McHenry
Recreation Center. The center is scheduled to open on February 29`�'.
Alderman Santi arrived at 6:10 PM.

5. Motion to auprove the November 2 2015 Parks&Recreation Committee Meetin Report
Alderman Santi made a motion, seconded by Alderman Peterson to approve the November 2, 2015
Parks& Recreation Committee meeting report.
Aye: Santi, Peterson
Nay: None.
Not Voting: None
Abstaining: None
Absent: Schaefer
Motion carried.
6. Future Meetin Tonics: None
7. Adjournment:
Motion by Ald. Peterson, seconded by Ald. Schaefer to adjourn the meeting at 6:31 PM.
