payment to the perForming groups at the Millennium Diversity afternoon.

Steven J.Cuda It is necessary for the Millennium Committee to approve the $50.00 payment to
CityClerk the performing groups. Although this is a very generous offer on the part of the
PamelaJ.Althoff Human Relations Commission to help offset the group's expenses, the �ctivi�y
'h�easurer is part of the Millennium Celebration and ultimately, they should approve the
David M.Welter payments.

I have scheduled this item for the next Millennium Committee meeting on
WARD 1 Monday, November 15, 1999 at 7:00 P.M. Someone from the Human Relations
WilliamJ.Bolger Commission should be in attendance.
