The sole item on the Agenda will be discussion and prioritizing a list of 2004 EDC Obtainable Goals and Objectives. Enclosed please find a listing of Goals and Objectives submitted by members of the Board. Prior to the Special Meeting on April 13th, please rate each item on the list as follows: `- A Top prioriTy B. Important but not priority C. Not important at this time. Submit your rated list to Recording Secretary Kunzer no later than Monday, Apri15�'. We will discuss these ratings at our meeting on the 13�`. Reco nition Awards— o Im roved commercial corridors o Efforts of individuals and business owners o New arrivals in town 7. Su ort statewide alternative school fundin o Relationshi between Governor and State Board of Education is unhealth o Tax monies are sent to S rin field with little return to McHe Count schools o Local communities will deteriorate if local fundin is sole su ort of schools 8. Support improvement of city administrative infrastructure to court, attract and entice upscale commercial entre reneurs 9. Identi commercial deficiencies (i.e. lar e home furniture store and encoura e locatin of retailer in cit 10. Encourage diversification of retail offerings in city (too many banks, payday advance, car title loans, pizza arlors, etc) 11.
