PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE MEETING
Monday,July 31, 2006

In Attendance: Committee Members (Finance): Chairman Alderman Mur�atroyd and
Alderman Peterson. Absent: Alderman Schaefer.
Committee Members (Public Works): Chairman Alderman Wimmer and
Alderman Murgatroyd. Absent: Alderman Glab.
Also in Attendance: Mayor Low, Alderman Santi, City Administrator Maxeiner, Assistant City
Administrator '1�Iartin, Director of Public Works Marcinko, Assistant Director of Public Works
Fink and City Clerk Jones.
Chairman Alderman Murgatroyd called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Motion by Murgatroyd, seconded by Peterson, to go into Executive Session to discuss
property acquisition.
Aye: Murgatroyd, Wimmer, Peterson.
Nay: None.
Absent: Glab, Schaefer.
Motion carried.
The Committees went into Executive Session at 6:35 p.m.

Motion by Murgatroyd, seconded by Peterson, to return to Open Session at 7:15 p.m.
Aye: Murgatroyd, Wimmer, Peterson.
Nay: None.
Absent: Glab, Schaefer.
Motion carried.
The Committees returned to Open Session at 7:15 p.m.
Adiournment
Motion by Murgatroyd, seconded by Peterson, to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m.

Nay: None.
Absent: Glab, Schaefer.
