FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
4:00 PM, Tuesday, Apri123, 2013
Aldermen's Conference Room
Call to Order
Chairman Alderman Richard Wimmer called the meeting of the Finance and Personnel Committee to
order at 4:00 PM. Other committee members present: Alderman Jeffrey Schaefer and Alderman
Geoffrey Blake. Also in attendance: Executive Assistant Marci Geraghty.
Public Input
None.
Executive Session
`' Alderman Blak� made a motion, seconded by Alderman Schaefer to enter into executive session for the
purpose of discussing a personnel matter.
Aye: Blake, Schaefer, Wimmer
Nay: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.
The committee entered executive session at 4:02 PM for the purpose of discussing personnel matters.
There being no further business to discuss in Executive Session, Alderman Schafer made a motion,
seconded by Alderman Blake to exit Executive Session.
Aye: Blake, Schaefer, Wimmer
Nay: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.
Executive Session was closed at 4:15 PM.
Open Session
The Finance and Personnel Committee reconvened in Open Session with the following persons present:
Chairman Alderman Richard Wimmer, Alderman Jeffrey Schaefer,Alderman Geoffrey Blake, and
�.- Executive Assistant Marci Geraghty.
Action Taken in Executive Session
The committee agreed to bring the personnel matter discussed in Executive Session to the full Council for
consideration.

Alderman Schaefer made a motion, seconded by Alderman Blake to adjourn the meeting.

Nay: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:15 PM.
