F) Miscellaneous Requests - Written annual performance appraisal by March lst. - Einployees who receive a rating of "outstanding" on performance appraisal be eligible for special recognition award. - D:istribution of "Friday Report" to all employees. - P�iy for cost of annual physical. - Cantinue education reimbursement at current or greater rate. - Raise boot allowance from $75 to $125. - Consider raising crossing guard pay. �,. l-.^��
