FINANCE/PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
October 29, 1998
Members Present: Chairperson Alderman Murgatroyd, Alderman
Baird, Alderman McClatchey
Absent: None
Others Present: Mayor Cuda, City Administrator Lobaito, City Clerk
Althoff, Alderman Bolger, Alderman Glab, Personnel Clerk
Kris Paprocki
Finance Chairman Alderman Murgatroyd called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
He stated the purpose of this evening's finance meeting was to discuss and
consider a Grievance.

Motion by McClatchey, seconded by Baird, to go into Executive Session at 7:08
p.m. to discuss a Personnel/Grievance issue.
Voting Aye: Baird, McClatchey, Murgatroyd
Voting Nay: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.
Motion by McClatchey, seconded by Murgartoyd to go back into Open Session at
8:26 p.m.
Voting Aye: McClatchey, Murgatroyd
Voting Nay: None
Absent: Baird
Motion carried.
Some discussion followed regarding revising the current Personnel Policy.
Chairman Alderman Murgatroyd suggested the employees be invited to participate

Alderman Bolger also recommended City Clerk/Collector Althoff be designated
Officer Manager.
Motion by McClatchey, seconded by Murgatroyd to adjourn the meeting at 8:40
p.m.
Voting Aye: McClatchey, Murgatroyd
Voting Nay: None
Absent: Baird
Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
