Monday, November 12, 2001 -
Alderman's Conference Room, 6:30 p.m.
`'' In Attendance: Committee Members: Alderman Bolger, Alderman Low, Alderman Murgatroyd.
Also in Attendance: Mayor Althoff, City Administrator Lobaito, Assistant Administrator Maxeiner and
City Clerk Jones.
Chauman Alderman Murgatroyd called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
Motion by Bolger, seconded by Low, to go into Executive Session to discuss Personnel and
Compensation at 6:45 p.m.
Voting Aye: Bolger, Low, Murgatroyd
Voting Nay: None.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
The Finance and Personnel Committee went into Executive Session at 6:45 p.m.
Committee returned to Open Session at 7:29 p.m.
Motion by Low, seconded by Bolger, to recommend to Council to move forward with the Classification
and Compensation Plan Matrix, as presented, with effective dates of January 1, 2002 and July 1, 2002.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
�' NEW BUSINESS
A Finance and Personnel Committee meeting was tentatively scheduled for December 4, 2001 at 7:00
p.m. in the Aldermen's Conference Room.
Motion by Bolger;seconded by Low, to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
