In the past, we have had difficulty in having the signs returned to this office. In fact, we have had [o make two additional signs, because of a lack of signs being returned in time for another petitioner to use them. The cost of materials and man-hours to make a sign is • approximately �100. Therefore, we request Council approval � to assess a $100 deposit when a sign is taken from this office. This deposit would be returned to the Petitioner when the sign is returned to this office within seven days of the final Zoning Hearing. If the sign is not returned to this office within seven days of the hearing, then the Petitioner will forfeit the deposit. � r We request Council approval for this deposit.
