PUBLIC PROPERTY I�ETING
It was proposed that the �rirrss of the Public Property Committee act as a building
committee in the 1st stages of planning for a new City Hall.
1. A suggestion was made to consult with Prime Development for the purpose of
discussing a site plan and over seeing the construction.
2. 'This building committee will visit new facilities in communities which have
recently completeed new city complexes. i.e. Hanover Park, Crystal Lake, Buffa lo::
Grove, Burr Ridge.

3. T'his committee will a� bids from architec�"s once we have established a
conceptual plan of our present and future requirea�ts,;a�d the city is in the title of
subject property.
1. Plans have been tentatively set to visit new City Halls mid August. All are
invited.
