PUBLIC PROPERTY MEETING

PRESENT: Mayor Busse, Wm. Bolger, Barbara Gilpin, C. Serritella ,
Toni Donahue .
PURPOSE OF MEETING : Establish criteria for new city hall/
dertermine if all departments will be contained in neia facilities .
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION :
Z'o schedule a special council meeting, October 16 , 1989 8P .M.
:;o discuss all aspects of the building project .
1 Establish proposals for Design Build Firms
2 Discuss manner of funding same .
3 Determine square footage requirements .
