-FIRST MATTER DISCUSSED: 1989-90 Tax Levy - all items
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: Recommend 89-90 levy estimate of $1 ,182,400 which is less than 88-89

and passed at Council meeting of 11-15-89. Will not need to publish black-bordered legal notice.

in the City using NISRA services and around 60 in the Township including the 25 in McHenry.
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: Busse to send letter to Township asking them to levy tax for the
60 handicapped people in Township which would be a better use of tax money.
