PURPOSE OF MEETING:Discuss the Building & Zoning Committee Memorandum dated October 27, 1989.
-fIRST MATTER DISCUSSED: Concerns of Gerstad Builders (not on the Agenda) - type of cable,
type of gauge of wire, firewa s, risers, riveways concre e, cree - , ,
crawl space - remove wall ties - life safety issue, accessibility to the Building Department,
joist hangers requirement, cabinet, second exit, and fuse disconnects on furnance circuits.

DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: To continue dialogue on ongoing basis.
-SECOND MATTER DISCUSSED: City charges for both the water tap for sprinkling system and a ;
meter for a sprinkling system (on the Agenda) . Charge for regular water useage as established and �
as far as regulating flow on sprinkler system to be done with 3/4" meter or flow meter, charge tap
fees for domestic use and sprinkler tap plus determine if anyone tapping nto t or regu ar use.
If sprinkler is 6" and the domestic is 2", charge for 2" tap plus administration fees for cost of
nspect on.
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: To be continued for later discussion.

-THIRD MATTER DISCUSSED: Change corner sideyard setbacks to match front yard setback for new
development (on the Agenda) .
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: Continued for later discussion.
