PURPOSE OF MEETING: To adjust the costs of sprinkler systems.
-FIRST MATTER DISCUSSED: Taps, water meter fees, commercial development costs compared to
industrial.
Is not yet complete, more material needed. To equalize the costs
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: between industrial and commercial sprinkling systems Recommendation:
disallow larger meters, disallow strainers for larger meters, find how to use population equivalent
in figuring these fees for commercial and industrial or maybe by square footage. Find effective
date o onyan s letter that was received and make that part o the ate for fees to e reimbursed.
-SECOND MATTER DISCUSSED: Word "or" in the Zoning Home Occupations.
DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION: Delete item Q.3. from Home Occupations because criteria a throueh
e convers what isn't included regarding repair service establishments. Would have to go before
the Zoning Board of Appeals for verification.
