The meeting was cancelled due to lack of a quorum
Members present: Pat Schafer Gretchen Thomas, Marya Dixon, Merle Janssen, Gerhard
Rosenberg, and Marie Wilt.
Members absent: Greg Lofgren, Dawn Johnson, Ilene Wiedemann, Judy Franks, Sue
Hendrickson, Colin Schultheis.
The following motions were made via members that were present and approved via a phone
survey to the absent members:
Expenses:
Gretchen Thomas moved to approve the following expenses in the amount of$140.51, Merle
Janssen seconded no discussion and the motion carried.
Dawn Johnson:
Water for Memorabilia Night: $15.16
Frame for Certificate for Colin Schultheis: $1.80
Ink for printer: $71.33
Marya Dixon:
Bakery items for Memorabilia Night: $12.22
Greg Lofgren:
Thank you gift cards from Panera Bread for guest speakers at Memorabilia Night: $40.00
Plaque:
Gretchen Thomas moved that if the required paperwork is in compliance for the Landmark
Status Plaque that the commission precedes with the official plaguing of the historic Count's
House structure. Gerhard Rosenberg seconded no discussion and the motion carried.
