Work continuing on commissioners' resumes, this issue also requires residential design

Tom Shepard and he will highlight historic tools of early settlers. Gretchen Thomas will bring
an aged map of McHenry and Pat Schafer will attempt to get another speaker for the evening. It

share their memories of early McHenry.

Trivia Contest: The contest rules and questions have been designed and are ready for print.
Greg Lofgren noted that John Lockerby would like to stress the "old"names of the different
parts of the city locations. Such as Old Town, Gagetown and Centerville. This will be adjusted
on the rules sheet before printing. There will be 3 winners' baskets full of donations from
various merchants throughout the city. These prizes will be given to the winners during

pallet of approved colors would be available at the building and zoning department for people to
review when applying for a permit. It was also noted that the creation of guidelines for the city
require an exclusive meeting of commissioners along with Doug Martin. Dawn Johnson will
inquire with city staff for a meeting room at city hall for June 22 at 6:00 pm for a meeting on this
issue. Further information will be given at the May meeting.
