February 10, 2004
Due to low attendance, therefore no quorum, the scheduled meeting was shelved until March
2004.
An unofficial discussion followed including an overview of the downtown survey and Riverwalk
plan presented by Doug Martin.
The following was noted:
The account detail of the 2004-05 annual budget was given to all commissioners. A formal vote
will be taken at the March meeting prior to it's submission to the city council.
City staff also sent updated inserts for the approved changes of the preservation ordinance.
Please be sure to insert these into your green ordinance folder.
Greg Lofgren passed out a copy of the Landmark's "Goals for the Future".
Gerhard Rosenberg passed out a copy of his structural evaluation of the Petersen Farm.
Please be prepared at the March meeting to make decisions on activity dates for 2004.
