Mayor PERMANENT EXHIBIT
\..—•even J.Cuda Carl suggested that we should have a portable display board to use
City Clerk when we have a booth at Fairs. Lori reminded the members that our
Barbara E.Gilpin display boxes on three business streets in the City are badly in
Treasurer need of restoration. There was discussion on how to rejuvenate the
Lillian Cairns display of old photos the City found when moving to the new
Aldermen building. It was suggested that we think more about it and come up
with some suggestions at the next meeting.
WARD 1
William J.Bolger COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM FAIR
WARD2 Carl reported that we are signed up for a booth at the Museum's Fair
Terence W.Locke on June 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We need people to be
WARD 3 there. Carl said he would call Nancy to see what we need to
Gregory C.Bates provide. Lori suggested we have sweatshirts and T-shirts printed
with a drawing and something to commemorate Landmark Schools 100th
WARD 4 anniversary. Everyone agreed that we could start selling them at
David T.Lawson
this Fair. A motion was made by Donnabelle that we approve the
WARD5 expenditure of money needed to produce them. Motion passed
WilliamV.Baird unanimously, and the proceeds of this venture would go into our
Facade Improvement Grant Fund. Lori presented a design for approval
and it was accepted.

BOOTH AT ART IN THE PARK
Carl asked members if we should get the old exhibit of photos fixed
up for the Museum Fair. We all decided no, but maybe for Fiesta
Days in the park. It was suggested that we display plagued home
pictures along with the sale of Landmark shirts. Lori will call
Debbie Gust.
FALL PROGRAM
Carl said we will set a date for this at our July meeting if Jean is
ready to decide when it should be.
AUGUST MEETING
It was decided that we will not have a meeting in August.
