• A Zoning Map Amendment to RS-1, Single Family Residential District,
with an A-M, Agriculture and Mining Overlay; and
• A Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a commercial sand
and gravel business, inGuding the extracting and transporting of sand,
gravel, and other earth materials and for site reclamation; and
• A Variance from the 10 yea�limitation for conditional uses in Chapter
XIII, Section A, Paragraph 4 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow the
requested Conditional Use Permit for an initial term of 10 years, with
an "automatic" extension for 10 years.

XIII, Section A, Paragraph 4 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow an
"automatic" extension of an existing Conditional Use Permit for this
property from its current expiration date of May 4, 2008, to May 4,
2018.
