Board of Police Commissioners
June 1, 2016
Chairman Rick Huber called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM in the City of McHenry Council Chambers
with the following Commissioners present: Ramon Gregorio and Mike Roberts. Absent: None. Also
present: Chief John Jones, Deputy Chief John Birk, Human Resources Manager Ann Campanella and
Deputy City Clerk Marci Geraghty.

None.
1. Consideration of May 4, 2016 Meeting Minutes
Motion by Roberts, seconded by Gregorio to approve the minutes from the May 4, 2016 Police
Commission meeting as presented.
Voting Aye: Roberts, Gregorio, Huber
Voting Nay: None
Abstaining: None
Not Voting: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.
2. Unfinished Business
Chief Jones presented the Commission with the final Patrol Officer Eligibility List. Deputy Chief
Birk announced after poly, psych, and medical results are received, two officers on the list will be
given the oath of office on June 20th. Chief Jones thanked the Commission for their work during the
interview process.
3. New Business
None.
4. Communications
a)An invoice from I/O Solutions in the amount of $1,341.04 was presented for payment. Motion by
Gregorio, seconded by Roberts to approve payment of the invoice as presented.

Voting Nay: None
Abstaining: None
Not Voting: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.

b) The board agreed to cancel the July 6th meeting of the Police Commission. Next meeting is
August 3rd.
5. Motion to Adjourn
There being no further business to discuss, Gregorio made a motion, seconded by Roberts to adjourn
the meeting.

Voting Nay: None
Abstaining: None
Not Voting: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:15 PM. Next meeting of the Police Commission is July 6, 2016.
