Public Comment: Any person wishing to address the Board of Police Commissioners will
be required to identify themselves for the record and will be asked but are not required
to provide their address. Public comment may be restricted to three -minutes for each
individual speaker.

January 3, 2018
Chairman Rick Huber called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM in the Police Administration Conference
Room with the following Commissioner present, Michael Roberts. Absent: Ramon Gregorio. Also
present was Chief John Birk and Deputy Clerk Marci Geraghty,
Public Comment
None.
1. Motion to Approve November 15, 2017 MeetinE Report
Motion by Roberts, second by Huber to approve the minutes from the November 15, 2017 Police
Commission meeting as presented. All ayes, motion carried.
2. Unfinished Business
Chief Birk reported that newly hired Officer Hendrickson is adapting well to the department and
Officer Schmidt is expected to move soon from midnights to afternoons.
3. New Business
a) The 2018 meeting schedule was presented for approval. The Commission meets the first
Wednesday of the month at 4:00 PM in the Police Administration Conference Room.
Motion by Huber, seconded by Roberts to approve the 2018 Police Commission meeting
schedule as presented. All ayes, motion carried.
4. Communications
None.
5. Adiournment
Motion by Huber, second by Roberts to adjourn the meeting at 4:10 PM. All ayes, motion
carried.
